Kim Birnie leads Leap Ahead as managing director. Over the past 20 years, she has worked in major companies within retail, FMCG, food services and financial services, before launching Leap Ahead which has led to consultancy work in all these sectors across Europe, Asia and North America.

Tracie Carr-Middleton is an experienced occupational psychologist who has consulted at board and senior executive level and has managed teams on multi-disciplinary projects in both the public and private sectors. She has previously worked for Raeburn Keslake Associates, Penna Crane Davies and the Tetley Group and holds a Masters in Occupational Psychology & Organisational Behaviour from London University. Tracie is based in the UK.
Sue Evens is an experienced international HR consultant specialising in leadership development, organization design and global mobility management. She has previously worked for Cartus, KPMG and Goldman Sachs and holds a Masters Degree in Organizational Development from Columbia University. Sue is based in New York, USA.
Marie Segura is an experienced international HR consultant specialising in leadership development, selection and outplacement facilitation, coaching and diversity development. She has run a number of businesses, including consulting. She holds an MBA in International Management from the University of Dallas and is based in Manila, Philippines.
Evan Gillespie is an experienced consultant whose major focus has been in leading and managing teams and change programmes in both HR and OD environments. His experience has been gained in major organisations within manufacturing, high street and travel retail, FMCG, professional consultancy and forensic science sectors. Evan is based in Brisbane, Australia.
Sarah Snell is an experienced consultant specialising in strategic HR management, management development and change management. Current focus areas include gender representation and flexible working. Sarah is based in the UK.
Phil Patrick is an experienced consultant in management and leadership capability assessment. Having started his career with GEC Marconi and travelling extensively throughout Europe, Asia and the USA, he worked as Technical Director for eight years with Reliability Singapore before returning to the UK in 2001. Phil is based in the UK.
